In stock: William Wood Dedicated Delivery will deliver your order to you within the advised shipping time to your post code area found on our delivery and returns page.

Pre Order: If you have placed an order for a product which is available on Pre Order, please check the advised shipment week which is available to view on the product page. Once your Pre Order lands in stock, this will be delivered to you within the advised week.

At this stage we’re unable to offer tracking. However, William Wood
Dedicated Delivery is proud to offer one of the most transparent delivery
services in our industry. All of our in-house drivers are fully accustomed with the difficulties of home delivery when it comes to furniture, with that in mind you can be certain that our driver will be in contact with you at least 24 hours prior to delivery. We also provide our driver's direct contact number, so if you wish to contact them in regards to your delivery please feel free to do so.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS & REFUNDS 

Should you wish to exchange your order for another item, this service is free within up to 90 days of your order being received. Should the product you wish to exchange to be higher in price than the initial product on your order, the difference in price will be requested by our Customer Support Team. Should the product you wish to exchange to be lower in price than the initial product on your order, an exchange will be carried out. Once the initial product is returned back to our warehouse, the difference in price will be refunded back to you as soon as possible. Please note your first exchange is free. Any additional exchanges which are not a result of a product being faulty are charged at a fixed fee of £15.00.

International Orders: Due to customs regulations and duties on international orders, we are unable to process exchanges for alternative items on existing orders. Instead, we will be required to cancel your current order, allowing you to place a new one with your preferred items.

Returns are 100% free within 90 days of taking receipt of your order. Simply contact our Customer Support Team via hello@williamwoodmirrors.co.uk within 90 days of receiving your order. Please do not worry about returning item(s) yourself, returning item(s) are collected by William Wood Dedicated Delivery. Once your return has been confirmed, we will contact you by telephone to arrange collection.

You retain full control of your order with us at all times. Please contact hello@williamwoodmirrors.co.uk and our Customer Support Team will be happy to assist you. If you wish to cancel your order whilst out it's out for delivery, we can only refund your purchase once the cancelled item(s) have been received back at our warehouse.

We're leading the way in our industry and believe our customers should not have to wait long periods to receive their funds back. Therefore, rest assured your order will be refunded as soon as it is collected.

FULL RETURNS POLICY

90-Day Free Return Policy in short

From the moment you receive your order, you have a full 90-day window to return your item(s) free of charge. This period allows you to experience your William Wood product in your home and determine whether it suits your space and preferences, with complete peace of mind.

Free Return Policy Exclusions

All products are delivered in packaging
that can be carefully opened and reused. We accept returns under the following packaging conditions, however a repackaging fee will apply when returning:

• Unboxed products

• Products returned in non-original packaging

• Original packaging returned in a condition unsuitable for reuse


Repackaging Fees:

• Products with RRP under £100: £10 fee applies

• Products with RRP £100 and above: £20 fee applies

Are there any circumstances where I may
not return an item?

Yes, a return may not be accepted if your
product is being returned to us in a no longer ‘as new’ or is in a ‘used’ condition.

Signs of use and wear which may remove
your ability to return a product:

• You have wall mounted your mirror

• Your table displays signs of use and fair wear and tear

• Your chair displays signs of use and fair wear and tear

• Your product displays scuffs/marks obtained through fair use within your home environment

 

Exchanges

We offer one free exchange per order, including free collection and delivery of your new item (completed on a single visit to your property).

Should you wish to make additional
exchange beyond this, a delivery fee of £15 will apply for each subsequent exchange.

Exchange of Free Gifts

For exchanges of free gift items, a £15 carriage fee will apply.

Returning Orders Containing a Free Gift

If your order included a free gift
item, you may retain the free gift when partially returning your order, provided the
remaining order value still meets the minimum threshold required to qualify for
the free gift.

If after a return, your order value falls
below this threshold, the free gift must either:

 

1. Be returned with your returning items

or

2. Payment made equivalent to item price as stated at the time of your original order
(this amount may be deducted from your refund).

Returns on Discounted Bundle Orders

If you return part of an order that was
placed using a multi-item bundle discount, the remaining items in your order will be re-evaluated under the relevant offer tier. For example:

 

• If a “30% off three or more full priced items” promotion was used, and one item is returned, the remaining two items will be adjusted to the “25% off two full priced items” pricing.

• The price difference will be deducted from your refund

 

Promotional Code Misuse or Reuse

Our promotional codes are updated
frequently to give customers the best possible value. If you have already
received your order and wish to return your item(s) solely to repurchase them
using a different promotional code, a £15 return carriage fee will apply.
