OUR DELIVERY SERVICES IN MORE DETAIL:
All items are FREE delivery.
Please Note: If you live in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Highlands then a carriage charge applies to Hand delivered items.
Smaller items are still FREE delivery using national couriers.
If you want to swap your item for another item then this service is free of charge on the first occasion and our driver will arrange a suitable time with you.

Smaller items are FREE exchange using national couriers.
If you want to return your item for a refund this service is free of charge and we collect from your property. You do not need to take to a drop off point. You will be refunded 100% of your purchase cost.
Please note: If you live in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Highlands then a return carriage charge will apply to Hand Delivery items.
Smaller items are FREE returns using national couriers.
DELIVERING YOUR ITEM
1. COURIER SERVICE (FREE DELIVERY)
For small items
Our smaller items can be sent to ALL areas of the UK via courier. (including Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight).
Please see the delivery service offered in the item listing.
Our courier services usually takes 24/48hrs from when dispatched.
We do not ship via couriers to the Channel Islands.
2. HAND DELIVERY SERVICE (UK MAINLAND) FREE DELIVERY
For large and fragile items
This delivery service takes up to 3 working days from when your order is dispatched.
Our larger and more fragile items will, in most cases, be sent on our hand delivered service.

Please Note: The following post code areas are Hand delivered EVERY TWO WEEKS:
AB, DD, DT, EX, FK, KY, LD, LL, NR, PL, TA, TR, TQ, SY, IP
Please Note: The following post code areas are local to us (we are based in Cheshire) are delivered twice weekly so you will receive your item with in 3/4 working days.
CH, SK, M, L, OL, WA, WN, BL, CW
Please note: Deliveries throughout the south will be covered by our own internal hand delivery service, or our partner courier Silver Sprint.
Silver Sprint operate weekly, collecting from us each Friday, and then deliver throughout the following week. When used, in most instances this method will be quicker than the two week coverage our own hand delivery service provides.
Once dispatched with Silver Sprint, you will receive notification containing tracking details.

3. HAND DELIVERY SERVICE (NORTHERN IRELAND, IOW, HIGHLANDS)
We offer a Hand Delivery service to these areas, however this service is MONTHLY and an extra cost of £20.
Please Note: Our free exchange and refund service does not apply to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands. If you wish to return or exchange an item then a charge of £20 will be applied.
ORDER DISPATCH TIME
On receipt of CLEARED PAYMENT we aim to deliver your order as per the map lead times detailed above depending on your post code.
IF YOU ORDER AT WEEKEND/PUBLIC HOLIDAYS YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT WORKING DAY.
Please Note: With our FREE delivery charge we can not offer a timed delivery service due to our drivers following Eco friendly planned routes, however upon contact with our driver we can supply an accurate delivery time for your order. We will try as best as possible to accommodate your requirements.
YOUR DELIVERY DETAILS
When you place your order please ensure your provide the following details at time of order.
1. Active phone number
Mobile preferred for our couriers for delivery purposes.
2. Opening times/your working hours
If you are a business or you are having your order delivered to your work address then please remember to add the opening hours within your order.
If you work then please help us by providing times you are at home so we can try to accommodate you as best as possible.
3. Delivery times
Our drivers deliver from 08:00 am to 20:00 pm so if you feel you are not available during those times or closed then please let us know.
4. Possible leave safe options
i,e, behind gate, next door or in porch etc. If you are out during our delivery times.
5. Hard to find
Any notes that will help our driver find your property when delivering would be greatly appreciated.
Successful first time delivery is key to us here at William Wood Mirrors. We aim to deliver your order as professionally and as fast we can on our first attempt to ensure that you as the customer are happy.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARE NOT IN WHEN WE DELIVER?
If acceptable and reasonable to do so, your item will be left safe with a neighbour or any other leave safe options such as a porch or back gate.
Our drivers will card you to confirm where your order has been left safe. If you do not want your item to be left safe then please advise us at time of order.
Hand Delivered Items: If you are not in and we cannot leave safe then we will re-deliver the next time we are in your area. Please note we will be in contact to inform you of re-delivery.
Courier service: If you are not in or they cannot leave safe then the courier will follow their normal procedures, usually re-attempt delivery on one more occasion.
OUR DELIVERY SERVICE IS FOR ITEMS DELIVERED TO YOUR MAIN ENTRANCE ONLY AND TAKEN TO THE CLOSEST PART OF YOUR PROPERTY WHERE IT IS SAFE TO LEAVE YOUR ITEM.
OUR DRIVERS MAY BE ABLE TO TAKE AWAY YOUR PACKAGING IF REQUIRED. HOWEVER SOME COURIERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OFFER THAT SERVICE.
THE DRIVER MAY BE ABLE TO TAKE YOUR ITEM TO ANOTHER PART OF YOUR PROPERTY OR UPSTAIRS HOWEVER THIS WILL BE AT THE DRIVERS DISCRETION.
Cancelling an order (ordered in error).
If you have ordered by mistake or wish to cancel your item for any other reason,
Please contact us as soon as possible.
We will refund your order within 24 hours.
If the item has been dispatched once you contact wishing to refund then we can only refund when it has been delivered returned back to us.
If your item is damaged on delivery?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Please let us know within 30 days from receiving your order of any defects/damages and we will replace the item free of charge.
We will aim to collect and replace your item at the same time where possible.
If you want to return your item for a full refund.
The return of your item will be free of charge. We pay the cost for the returning of the item.
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for our driver to collect the item when next in your area.
If you wish to return the item please ensure it is in the original packaging that you received it in.
Once your order is back with us then we will refund your full original purchase cost (item + carriage).
Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be refunded was item arrives back at our warehouse.
IMPORTANT : WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO APPLY A £5 RE-PACKING CHARGE IF THE RETURNED ITEM DOES NOT HAVE ITS ORIGINAL BOX.
IMPORTANT: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO APPLY A £10 CHARGE PER ITEM IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED MULTIPLE SIMILAR ITEMS AND WANT TO RETURN PART OF YOUR ORDER ONLY.
IMPORTANT : WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO APPLY A £10 CHARGE IF YOU ARE RETURNING AN ITEM WHICH IS TOO HEAVY FOR YOUR WALL IN ERROR OR YOU HAVE ORDERED INCORRECT SIZE. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE CHECKED THE SIZE AND WEIGHT OF THE ITEM BEFORE ORDERING.
If you want to replace your order with a different item.
Please contact so we can discuss your requirements then deliver your new item when we collect your old item.
We will not charge you carriage for this delivery service. On the first occasion this delivery and swap service will be free of charge.
If however you want to change your second item to a third item then we will charge you £10 carriage in this instance. We will also charge £10 carriage if you wish to return the second item for a refund.
If you choose a more expensive item then we will charge you the difference or refund the difference if you choose a less expensive item.
If you are not happy with the quality of your order.
If you are not happy with the quality of your order then we will collect and refund in full or replace with a different item if requested.
We will not attempt to replace with the same or similar item which will be of the same quality.
CHECKING YOUR ITEM
If you want to do a brief check of your order on delivery then please feel free to do so, however you have up to 30 days to let us know if something is not right.
IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED A MIRROR THEN PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY ALTERATIONS TO YOUR PROPERTY UNTIL YOU ARE FULLY SATISFIED WITH YOUR ITEM.
WE RECOMMEND HOLDING THE ITEM WHERE YOU INTEND TO POSITION IT TO SEE IF IT IS SUITABLE .
WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CHANGES TO YOUR PROPERTY IF YOUR ORDER HAS TO BE RETURNED.
PLEASE ONLY ARRANGE FOR A PROFESSIONAL OR TRADESMAN TO HANG YOUR MIRROR ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR MIRROR AT YOUR PROPERTY AND ARE HAPPY WITH THE SIZE COLOUR ETC.
