This Theo arched mirror is perfect ! Exactly what I was looking for and it doesn’t disappoint .
My only issue was the late evening delivery, 9.25 on Sunday evening. As a an older lady living alone I would have much preferred an earlier delivery but that wasn’t available. My courier was very nice and helpful though and very busy so I am not blaming him in the slightest.

The mirror is great quality and looks fantastic. Comms were great around delivery and there were absolutely no issues.

I found William Wood after a recommendation from a friend. This has been one of the best customer service experiences I've had. Even the automated parts of the process have been well thought out and considered with care. I reached out for information about delivery and the person who answered was very helpful. The delivery driver himself (Ash) went above and beyond to help deliver my mirror up 2 flights of stairs. The mirror itself is beautiful - very sturdy and exactly as it looks in the product pictures. Will absolutely order again in the future.

We are SO pleased with our purchase. It’s amazing how much a mirror can change a space. We live in a narrow Victorian terrace and were trying to upgrade our hallway which had a pokey student vibe to it. This mirror has immediately given the impression of a widened and lighter space. So happy!
