How long does delivery take and is there a charge?
All our on line mirrors are in stock so we can deliver within 7 working days. Orders placed by Sunday night will be delivered that week. Our larger mirrors are all delivered on a specialised hand delivery service which helps to ensure the best chance of your mirror arriving safely.
Some of our smaller mirrors will be re-packaged and sent by a courier for delivery within 24 or 48 hours. (Please see our mirror listing to find out which mirrors are suitable for this delivery service).
We do not charge for delivery, exchanges or returns.
Would I receive a delivery slot?
The couriers route an eco-friendly delivery service . The routes are devised by postcodes order. As soon as your mirror is loaded on to delivery van a dispatch message will be sent to you; this dispatch message will contain a contact number for the driver. The driver will make every effort to accommodate your delivery needs where possible. The driver has the authority to take a last minute change of local address or a leave safe option.
Do we ship overseas?
At present we ship only to mainland UK. This is purely due to the fragile nature of the items we supply. Our service provides cost effective and fast delivery, as well as quick turnaround in the event of issues. We can only provide this level of service to the mainland UK customer.
Smaller items which can go on parcel force or similar couriers can be delivered to Islands and Highlands.
What happens if I want to return my purchase?
We offer a full and free returns policy for all items. If you do not like the purchase in any way, wrong colour, too small, too big, not as expected, then please contact us within 30 days and we will resolve for you. Please only contact us in writing if you wish to return an item and we will respond within 24 hours.
What happens if I do not like my purchase?
As with returning we will resolve the issue you have. Please contact us to discuss if you want to swap the item or return in full. Both swapping and returning is done free of delivery charge. You will not pay for this service.
What payment methods do we accept?
You can pay by paypal or by credit card. Just click on the checkout/payment link and this will automatically take you to complete your purchase.
Is the mirror too heavy?
We recommend any mirror up to 16kg can be hung on plaster board wall. Mirrors over this weight should be hung a solid wall or into the stud work of a plasterboard wall.
All we ask from our customers is that you measure up for your mirror correctly.
A good tip - hold a template made out of newspaper/wallpaper to the size of the mirror against the wall to help you gauge how the mirror would fill your wall space.
Discount Code Use
We frequently offer discount codes for use with purchases on our website. Discount codes will typically be either website wide, or for use on specific products as stated. Discount codes are excluded from use on our 'Sale' section. Items within the 'Sale' section are priced as competitively as possible and as such do not rely on the use of a discount code to achieve the lowest possible price.
