I am really happy with the service I received from William Wood. This was my first purchase here, and I will definitely be making another one. The driver Graham who delivered my mirror was polite and provided a helpful service, calling me the night before delivery to ensure the delivery time would work. When he arrived, he kindly brought the package in for me. The mirror itself has a lovely unique design for a great price, I can't wait to put it up in my first house. Thank you William Wood!

Resolved an issue swiftly

I came across William Wood through Instagram and made a bit of an impulse purchase in preparation for our new house. I’m glad I did! This mirror is excellent quality is a timeless design, the mounting bars at the back are sturdy, though I actually love that it can lean against a wall too. The delivery was quick and easy, my driver called the day prior to let me know what time he would be, and upon my instruction it was left safely ready for when I was home. I am really impressed and would definitely order again. I can’t wait to get it fitted as soon as we move into our new house!

I absolutely love the Cordelia Dark Wood Table Lamp, so much so I bought two! They're beautiful pieces that fit perfectly into my space. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are exactly what I’ve come to expect from William Wood; the quality really is exceptional and consistent with everything I’ve purchased from the brand before.

My only slight disappointment was noticing that the lamp was reduced by £20 shortly after I made my purchase. While it doesn’t take away from how much I love the product, it was a bit frustrating to see the price drop so soon after buying.

Overall, though, I’m really pleased with the lamp and would still highly recommend it to others looking for a stylish, high-quality addition to their home.

The chair came within about a week from ordering, the man who delivered it was so nice and popped it in my living room for me as I was struggling on my own. I’m rubbish at assembling furniture but put it together in about 5 minutes. It’s a beautiful wood, not too warm toned and orange. The boucle is fantastic and I’m so happy with it. I got it on a discount and am so pleased with what I paid for it. I will be a regular William woods shopper now!

We were kept well informed of our large Savannah table order and the delivery person was very helpful bringing the 2 large boxes into the house. Items were very well packaged and the table took this oldie a matter of minutes to secure the legs. Table is perfect and fits so well into our sitting room. Thrilled with the purchase.
