Who do you use for your deliveries?
We use our own dedicated hand-delivery service rather than third-party couriers. Every one of our drivers is trained to handle products of a fragile nature with the utmost care.
This personal, expert approach ensures your items arrive safely, and it’s a key part of what sets us apart from other companies.
For our smaller items, we occasionally use UPS to provide a reliable, tracked and efficient delivery.
When will my order be delivered?
In stock items: Your order will be dispatched within the lead time for your area provided at checkout. Once our logistics team has finalised the delivery schedule, we will provide you with a further update. This will come in the form of a dispatch confirmation email when your order is ready to leave our HQ.
This communication will include the estimated day of arrival and the driver’s contact details. Please note: the driver will reach out to you via phone or text to provide a more precise time of arrival.
Pre order items: Your pre order will be dispatched from the week displayed
above the ‘PRE-ORDER’ button, in line with the lead time for your area.
Can I change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order?

What happens if I’m not home for my delivery?
If you're not home for delivery, you may advise your William Wood Delivery driver where to leave your order safe. You can do this using the contact number we provide.
If there's no safe spot, we'll reschedule your delivery for the next available route to your area once your order has returned back to our warehouse. We'll reach out within 24-48 hours to inform you about your first delivery attempt.
Can I check my order when the driver delivers it?
Our driver will typically be able to allow time for a brief physical condition check on our item(s). Please do ensure this check is quick enough to allow our driver to continue on schedule to his remaining delivery customers
Please note that our drivers are unable to dispose of any packaging. We strongly recommend keeping all original packaging until you have fully inspected the item(s) and are 100% satisfied with your order.
Will you deliver to my room of choice?
Your William Wood Dedicated Delivery driver will always deliver to the entrance of the property.

We are proud to offer one of the most transparent delivery services in our industry. Our driver will initiate contact via SMS prior to your delivery day. Upon dispatch, you will also be provided your driver's direct contact number, allowing you to contact them if you wish to do so.
Can I choose a delivery date / time slot?
We don’t offer date or time slot selection at checkout. However, you’ll receive a delivery time window at least the evening prior to delivery. We’ll also provide our driver’s direct contact number so you can coordinate with them at any point if needed.

Can I exchange my order once it is received?
Should you wish to exchange your order, this service is free up to 30 days of your order being received. Should the product you wish to exchange to be higher in price than the initial product on your order, the difference in price will be requested by our customer support team. Should the product you wish to exchange to be lower in price than the initial product on your order, an exchange will be carried out.
Once the initial product is returned back to our warehouse, the difference in price will be refunded back to you as soon as possible. Please note your first exchange is free. Any additional exchanges which are not a result of a product being faulty are charged at a fixed fee of £15.00.

What should I use to hang my mirror?
The fittings required for wall mounting will depend on your wall type. For solid walls, a pair of standard 2-3" screws drilled directly into the wall with wall plugs will be sufficient for the mirror to hang in place as required.
You may require additional fittings to wall-mount heavier items if you have a non-solid wall type. We recommend a product called 'Gripit'; these will allow you to wall-mount items far in excess of the weight of our mirrors into non-solid walls.
Please ensure you do not use wire to hang to hang your mirror as this will cause immediate damage to your item(s) and will void your warranty.
Does my order arrive assembled?
Furniture items that require assembly will be clearly stated within the product description on the product page.
If assembly is required, any relevant information or instructions for the product will be provided in the box upon delivery.
