I have about 14 different products from vases, mirrors and tables . Mostly the product is fine but always delayed for weeks or months , to which does become annoying only for it to arrive after weeks of delays and its faulty . Your customer service does take days / weeks for a response but always polite . I probably will put myself through ordering more as I like your products just wish the delays and customer service were better , more professional. Delivery drivers are fantastic . I write this today not to be nasty but in the hope someone responds quickly instead of weeks later . But this company is good , like many others, areas could improve as their products are expensive so you expecting the same level of service .
So happy with the quality, looks great in our living room. Delivery service is great.
