The Isla mirror is a beautiful addition to our sitting room. It’s well made and is extremely sturdy and looks so lovely over our marble fireplace. Ordering, delivery and communication from William Wood made this purchase a breeze, would highly recommend.
This is the third mirror we’ve bought from WW and I couldn’t be happier with my recent purchase. I pre-ordered this mirror and, while I was waiting for it to arrive, a better discount code was released. The company refunded me the difference, which was a really appreciated gesture and shows excellent customer service.
Any questions I had were answered very quickly, and communication throughout the process was fantastic. Delivery was equally impressive, with regular updates and even direct contact with the driver, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
The mirror itself is excellent quality, beautifully made, and looks even better in person. It has completely finished off my room and was exactly what I was looking for. Great product, great service, and a great overall experience. Highly recommended!

I first ordered a mirror from Laura James but it was too small and lightweight. It wasn't worth sending back as the postage cost would have been too high. So I then found this mirror from William Wood which is larger, better quality, much heavier and solid. And it was hand delivered by a driver in William Wood uniform (very impressive) and if I had decided not to keep it they would have collected it from me! Such excellent service and product - I will definitely order from them again. Thank you!

I have truly lost count of the number of mirrors I have bought from William Wood. This is a rich wood with attractive arched detailing. I bought it a few weeks ago but the room wasn't ready until today. Delighted with the purchase and delivery from Ash was faultless

We saw this item by accident whilst looking for a different piece! The picture caught our eye, the website images inspire a look and feel. The chair is exactly as pictured, in size and colour, it makes our room feel more like a showroom now! Add to that a solid well built frame and cushioning and it’s worth every bit of its price. Delivery was good too, good communication and very friendly and helpful. I will recommend William Wood to everyone and keep an eye out for future purchases.

I ordered this for my living room. My sofa’s are quite low so I was having trouble finding something suitable. This was the perfect! I have had items from William Wood before and I can honestly say the quality is top notch! Ordering and delivery is always simple and easy. The delivery process is quick and they always give you an ETA so need to stay home all day waiting! Overall a very happy customer.
I came across William Wood through Instagram and made a bit of an impulse purchase in preparation for our new house. I’m glad I did! This mirror is excellent quality is a timeless design, the mounting bars at the back are sturdy, though I actually love that it can lean against a wall too. The delivery was quick and easy, my driver called the day prior to let me know what time he would be, and upon my instruction it was left safely ready for when I was home. I am really impressed and would definitely order again. I can’t wait to get it fitted as soon as we move into our new house!
