To ensure a well managed environment and the best possible shopping experience, we operate ticketed entry. Your £5 ticket is fully redeemable against any purchase made on the day.
Tickets are required for entry and permit access for two adults per booking. Children are welcome to attend and do not require a ticket.
Sample sale items are typically excluded from our standard warranty due to their discounted and sample nature.
Many pieces are in excellent condition, but some may have minor imperfections. Any noticeable marks or defects will be clearly noted on the product listing.
Delivery can be arranged on the day with our team; however, where possible, we kindly ask that items are taken with you at the time of purchase.
We aim to make the event as accessible as possible. If you have any specific access requirements, please contact us in advance and our team will be happy to assist.
We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also accept cash payments.
Yes, parking is available on site and there will be team members on hand to direct you on the day.
All sample sale purchases are final and non-refundable, so we recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing.
Yes, our team will be on hand to assist with moving and loading larger pieces where possible.
