Firstly, lets start with the product, I bought the Hudson Boucle Accent Chair, absolutely fabulous, looks amazing, very comfortable and easy to put together.

Customer Service was exceptional, very attentive and flexible in approach.

Finally, delivery...scheduled dedicated delivery, which was fantastic, given notice prior, timings conveniently arranged and Graham the delivery driver was a logistics legend!

Gives a great glow, looks classy but still has a bit of sass. Get a smaller bulb so it doesn’t show from the top.

William Wood has been the best discovery. This vase is stunning to look at when I walk through my front door - the quality is superb for the price and the design is eye catching. I had a small issue when I took it out the box on Saturday but customer service responded first thing on Monday (bank holiday). What an amazing company. I’m so glad to have found them!
