HOLIDAY PLANS - If you have plans to travel and be away from your advised delivery address during the expected delivery time.
CHANGING YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS - If you want to change your delivery address please inform us as soon as you possibly can. Please note that address amendments can have a large impact on the delivery time of your order.
BUSINESS ADDRESS – Please provide us with business hours as soon as possible. Our driver will make every effort to work with your delivery requirements.
FLATS/APARTMENTS - Due to security purposes, in most instances we are unable to leave safe when delivering to a property of flats/apartments. If you have a specific neighbour or concierge that we are able to leave safe with is, please inform us of this as soon as possible.
LEAVE SAFE OPTIONS – If you cannot be home to take delivery; our drivers are fully trusted to leave your order safe and shall do so if they deem safe or are prompted by the customer. Our leave safe policy is in place to ensure that you receive delivery in the quickest manner possible. Failed deliveries can occur, however we aim to reattempt approximately within up to 7 working days.
HARD TO FIND ADDRESS - Should your property have a specific house name or be a new build, please inform regarding this as soon as possible. Our drivers may not be local to your area, so any further information will be a big help and aid with successful delivery of your order.
CONTACT NUMBER - Please provide us with your most up to date contact number so our driver is able to provide you with delivery updates (mobile preferred).
