All mirrors and accessories will arrive fully pre-assembled.
Some tables and chairs will require minimal assembly. Any products requiring assembly are provided with instructions, so please read them carefully before you start.
Before arranging or making any alterations to your home (drilling, fixing, etc.), please make sure you're completely happy with your product.
To wall mount your mirror, use fixings suited to your wall. Please DO NOT use string or hanging wire under any circumstances. If you're unsure, ask a professional.
Larger or heavier pieces should always be lifted and positioned by two people. Our customer care team are also on hand to help whenever you need guidance.
Measure your space - Check the available space where you plan to place the product, including height, width and depth.
Check access - Make sure the product can comfortably pass through doorways, hallways, stairs and other access points.
Allow for clearance - Leave a little extra room around the product for easy delivery, positioning and everyday use.

I was nervous that the concrete style arch would look too fake but I am so impressed with it. It is on top of my limestone fireplace and I’m thrilled.
I had to wait just over a week, I did chase it as it said within 7 days; but I was then kept informed of its delivery schedule and was told who the driver would be and when to expect him, which was really helpful and reassuring. The delivery man was very polite - a credit to William Wood.

We are really pleased with this mirror- the woodwork and shape makes it look like a piece of art and it is understatedly elegant and smooth in my bedroom over the mantle. It surpasses my high expectations and is very well done . The mirror itself is clear and straight and gives me great satisfaction.
