A little backstory… Before we moved into our new home, we had already purchased furniture from DFS, hoping everything would arrive in time for our move. Unfortunately, despite being promised delivery before our move-in date, the furniture arrived late — and to make matters worse, several pieces arrived damaged. We had no choice but to return everything, and communicating with customer service during the process was another challenge in itself. Needless to say, it was quite a stressful experience.
Then I came across William Wood on Instagram. I started reading through all the amazing reviews and decided to give them a try. I’m honestly SO glad I did!
I was lucky enough to get a 30% discount, which made me even more excited because I was able to purchase three beautiful pieces of furniture for our new home. 🥰
The whole experience was completely different from what we had gone through before. From placing the order, to the smooth checkout process, to the delivery — everything was seamless. Our furniture arrived in just around two days, and the packaging was absolutely superb. Everything was so carefully protected.
And then came the best part… opening all the boxes! 😍
Every single piece arrived perfectly intact with absolutely no damage, and the furniture itself is simply magnificent. The quality, the design, the presentation — everything exceeded my expectations.
After the disappointment we had experienced with our previous furniture order, I honestly couldn’t be happier with how smoothly everything went with William Wood. It was such a refreshing experience from start to finish.
Our house is still looking a little empty, so if I get the chance to buy from William Wood again, a console table is definitely next on my list! 😂❤️
Kudos to the entire William Wood team! Thank you for making our furniture-buying experience such a positive one. You’ve definitely gained a very happy customer, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for beautiful, quality furniture. 🫶✨
