Although it is quite pricey, the frequent generous discounts from William Wood make it much more accessible. It complements our interior perfectly and elevates the entire room’s aesthetic. From ordering to delivery to the product itself, this company could not do more to make their service more seamless. The description of the Luciana full-length mirror is accurate and it looks just as good in person as it does on the website. On ordering, I got an immediate notification that there would be a slight delay to receive the product but I had the option to cancel if I wished. I then received regular updates on when I could expect my order until my product was ready to ship. William Wood has its own delivery people, so you get a date of when your delivery will take place with the driver's name. The driver then notifies you of his expected arrival (2-hour window). He arrived bang on time!
The mirror was well-packed with the corners protected. Wall mounts are in place if needed. I have mine leaning against a wall and it looks great.
I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.
