Beautiful mirror, love the colour and the size
It was pre order so took around a month for delivery once purchased, surprisingly light weight but lovely finish on the wood!

Very good quality
Quality of mirror and frame is superior. Delivery was very smooth with clear communication and some flexibility offered. Highly recommend
Stunning mirror! It has finished my lounge of really well. Looks very stylish!
Infuriatingly, I still haven’t received my order. I was due to receive my mirror Tuesday this week, receiving a text with a specific timeframe. This time has been and gone and after contacting customer service, they have advised they can’t get hold of the driver to see where my order is. I am now left to wait until after Christmas to hear if and when I might receive this order, without any further details. In the meantime, I am significantly out of pocket and don’t know if I’m actually going to receive the expensive mirror I had ordered - specially to receive before Christmas. I haven’t used William Wood before and am so disappointed at how poor the delivery and customer service experience has been, as I had really hoped for a positive experience. I can only hope I do actually receive the mirror I have paid for, but it has put me off ordering from them again, especially after reading so many other reviews of issues with delivery and customers still waiting on orders.
The pieces from William Wood are truly exceptional- beautiful and great quality. The service is so quick - I had my order within the weekend never seen a furniture company be so quick. Highly recommend
Very happy with this purchase and ease of delivery
