Ordered just after Christmas in the Boxing Day sale and had a lovely surprise of £90 off. Was delivered Saturday morning after new year. Contact from the driver before the delivery date to ensure we would be in. He contacted 15 mins before he delivered. All in all impeccable service from start to finish and the mirror is wonderful too.

Really fantastic mirror, tone of wood is slightly lighter than photos but still extremely beautiful. Everything was great including delivery.

I was a little gutted I missed the Boxing Day sale by about three days, although as it was limited stock I wanted to make sure I secured the mirror as I’d been admiring for some time for my sideboard. Had my eye on this for over a year so when I saw it had money off on Boxing Day, I finally bought! The mirror itself is absolutely gorgeous but what blew me away was the service. The courier was so easy to contact and even gave me a courtesy phone call to let me know I was one of the first deliveries around 7am, which I really really appreciated. He also helped me lift it up to my first floor flat which was totally above and beyond. Thank you Sean and thank you William Wood!
