I was a little worried about ordering a mirror without seeing it in person. However the quality is amazing. Service and delivery was great too. Have ordered another for hallway we love it so much!
Delivery driver Sean was lovely and was a great service overall. Kept me up to date on delivery! Mirror was better than expected! It is well made and just perfect. First time ordering with William Wood and would definitely shop again with them! Very happy
We had our Theo delivered yesterday, it was fabulous service by Phil the delivery driver and the product was what we expected and really good value for money. I fitted it straight away and it’s finished off our new shelving perfectly.
Thanks to all !
I don't trust the Internet when it comes to buying! But I can honestly say my interaction with William Wood has been a pleasant experience. I think the website is spot on giving all the details and information that the buyer needs, the transaction was smooth and updates good. I did interact via email just to find out the window of delivery just so I could makesure someone was home but luckily our delivery was scheduled for the weekend.
I had a message from John the driver giving me his prediction.
We received the mirror Sunday evening at 21.30ish so hat off to John who was very pleasant.
The mirror itself is perfect, just what we wanted to finish off our kitchen.
I look forward to the next delivery.
I also like the fact that a tree is donated/planted for every purchase.
Keep up the good work
We love it and we be buying more
Chuffed with this mirror. The ordering process was smooth, communication from William Wood was great, the delivery service was flawless and the driver was very friendly. All in all, if I need to buy a mirror again, I will be buying from William Wood!
Really happy with my mirror, delivered quickly and looks perfect in my hallway
I’m really pleased with my mirror. It’s perfect, well made and looks far more expensive than it was.
From ordering to delivery everything was perfect. It came well packaged and delivered on time .
This was a great purchase, and we really enjoy it in our new home. The size is great, and instructions are clear
This is the second mirror I've purchased from William Wood, both of them are of excellent quality and the customer service has been great with both purchases.
This is my 2nd purchase from William Wood and I already have my eye on my next mirror! The quality of the mirrors is 10/10 and the customer service is the same 5stars! The delivery is fast with clear communication. I recommend this company to all.
Super pleased with this mirror. I like the narrow frame, which allows the mirror and light to be the point of it whilst remaining elegant and contemporary. The mirror is super robust and high quality with good embedded hooks for hanging.
Our bedroom is very dark and we wanted something that would bounce light around the room without being intrusive itself. This mirror is perfect! It’s beautifully and solidly made but feels delicate and blends perfectly. Delivery was impeccable with excellent comms from our driver Mark. Well packed and easy to install, we could not have asked for a better product
Love the mirror. Good quality for the price.
Absolutely delighted with my new mirror. Would highly recommend
This is the second Theo mirror that we've bought from William Wood, having been very happy with the first one. Much better quality than some of the other options we looked at from other suppliers.
I got this mirror for my bathroom that needed a revamp and it was exactly what I wanted I was looking for the perfect measurements and when I saw this I knew it was the one with not a thick outer border but not too thin it stuck out by a few centimetres which was perfect you could tell this mirror was high quality and perfect.
This is the fourth mirror I have bought from the same range. This particular size has really opened up my bathroom. I love it. It arrived shortly after ordering, I can’t fault the service.
Very good quality, delivered on time.
Really happy with the mirror. It’s beautiful and fits perfect in the kitchen.
