Some noted installation is 'a pain to hang' due to weight. Customers appreciated the 'smooth delivery,' 'well packaged' product, and helpful service.
I am super pleased I ordered with William Wood. The customer service was some of the best I’ve received in a very long time. I had to rearrange delivery because I wasn’t going to be in but communication with the driver was super smooth and I was incredibly grateful (shoutout to Alexandru, thank you!). The mirror itself is beautiful and suits our space well, it is exactly what was described and arrived very well packaged. I would consider ordering again from WW in a heartbeat.
Really pleased with this mirror and get lots of compliments on it
Bought this to go over our recently renovated fireplace. Looks stunning. Heavy and well made. Delivery was fast and well informed. Would recommend this mirror and the company as a whole
This mirror is lovely and heavy and good quality!
It is my second purchase and again great quality mirror. Very helpful customer service, pre-ordered the mirror and it was shipped earlier than estimated. In love with my new fireplace. Thank you William Wood. Will definitely be back.
Extremely pleased with not only the quality of this mirror but the service from William Wood. Great experience.
Stunning mirror love it x
Finishes my fireplace perfect
This is a simple and elegant mirror that I have on the wall above my hallway console table.
It’s very much a finishing touch that compliments my overall design for the space and has had several compliments in the short time it’s been up.
It is very heavy but I only mention that as it takes a bit oomph to lift and fit.
This is a gorgeous mirror and looks fantastic over our fireplace. However it is a pain to hang! Which is why I'm deducting one star. But if you're looking for a beautiful, heavy, well made mirror then this is it - just be prepared to put some serious effort in getting it on the wall
Such a gorgeous mirror!
I recently purchased the Aria Black Mirror from William Wood and am really pleased with it. The quality is excellent, and it feels very well made. The black frame looks stylish and fits perfectly with our décor.
We have it above our fireplace, and it looks exactly how I hoped it would. It has become a real feature in the room and helps make the space feel brighter and more open.
Delivery was smooth, and the mirror arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.
Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would happily recommend the Aria Black Mirror to anyone looking for a quality statement mirror.
This is our second mirror from William Wood and both times I’ve been so impressed with the quality of the products and overall service provided. The Aria mirror is gorgeous and just as pictured.
Beautiful mirror , great quality and service , looks fantastic in newly painted room
Purchased the black over mantle Aria mirror. Exactly what I wanted, really good quality product at a good price. Looks great in my room. Service was great, speedy delivery - courier brought the mirror (which is quite heavy) into my house. Would definitely purchase another mirror from William Wood.
Beautiful mirror. Great quality for the price. William Wood's customer service is also first class. From ordering to delivery with a lovely personal phone call from the Driver. Highly recommended.
This mirror looks perfect over my fireplace. Lovely style and great quality.
Chose this mirror to be hung over our mantelpiece. It was easy to put up, following the given instructions, and it has transformed our lounge. It has been manufactured to a high quality standard. Delighted with it.
The mirror came quickly and packaged well. It’s really good quality and can’t wait to get it up on the wall
Lovely mirror perfect for above the fireplace in my hallway. This will s the third item I have ordered from William Wood and the quality and customer service is excellent
Excellent service and delivery of my lovely mirror. This is my second purchase and will buy again.
I haven’t put my mirror up yet but I already know it’s going to look amazing! I’ve had my eye on this for a while now and it’s even more stunning in real life. Perfect black arch mirror that will look great in my hallway above console table. Delivery was super quick by a nice man called David, thank you!
Amazing quality and looks so luxurious
The black framed mirror has completed our lounge. We have recently redecorated and it seemed incomplete and this wonderful, elegant mirror has just been the final part of the jigsaw. Everyone who has seen it has been highly complimentary. Many have said they are going to look at the range. Couldn’t be happier with it.
Have ordered mirrors from other suppliers before and had issues with things arriving broken, or poor quality/ warped mirror
This is not the case here, arrived in one piece, really high quality
Absolutely stunning it has transformed my living room. Amazing workmanship . I have bought 3 mirrors all very good quality.
Highly recommended.
The mirror arrived quickly and is absolutely gorgeous. Can’t wait to get it up on the wall it will make such a difference
