Delivery and communication were consistently excellent.
I had been looking for a mirror for several months but always wanted something different, not the usual round or rectangular shaped.
I came across William Wood by accident when googling irregular shaped mirrors.
I then couldn’t order or do I thought as I was away for 3 weeks, however after speaking with customer service I was informed that I could delay the delivery date until I was back home.
The ordering was simple with confirmation being sent by email and then updates re the delivery.
My mirror was hung yesterday and I love it. I’ve shared photos with family and friends who all think it’s a statement piece and real quality.
Thank you.
I’m very very happy with the Aaliyah mirror, the real thing was even better than I hoped from the webesite. Delivery was swift and secure. I love the irregular shape and feel like I have another window in my living room.
Great mirror. It added a lot fo personality to our room and the shapes are beutiful. It does not come with fixtures for placment but it only need 2 screws - 10mm wall insert + 6-7mm diameter **** (50mm long) sorted it out.
Stunning mirror. Lovely design. Great quality and lovely colour of wood
A beautiful and unique item, crafted with care and attention. The pre-order process from transaction to delivery was met with the same ethos. Very pleased.
The mirror is beautiful and well made. You can tell the attention to detail in its manufacturing. The delivery service was also brilliant with having the ability to contact the delivery driver directly. He was very polite.
