Customers praised this pond-shaped irregular mirror as "beautiful" and "stunning," noting its unusual shape fits perfectly in various spaces. The mirror is high quality and substantial, though heavy to install. Shoppers loved the fast delivery and excellent service. One customer noted minor paint defects but was satisfied overall.
So happy with this. Even delivery driver was very on the ball with communications. Mirror can be landscape or portrait with two brackets able to hang on two screws.
Stunning mirror, looks great in our dental practice toilet.
Absolutely delighted with this mirror, it finished off our new bathroom perfectly. Delivery was super quick and mirror delivered with upmost care. We will certainly shop here again
Really glad I pre-ordered this mirror. It’s a lovely shape and a very good size. The price is also great given the quality of the mirror and speedy delivery!
Beautiful mirror just what I ordered top class service
A beautiful addition to our living room, it really goes well with our natural themed space and brings a lot of light and warmth. Delivery process was excellent and we are thrilled with our purchase.
Fabulous mirror, love the shape, so unusual and fits perfectly in its chosen space.
The driver was so personable and would recommend the company
Thank you
The mirror itself is gorgeous and a very good quality mirror, it feels quite heavy too. My mirror arrived with defects to paintwork on the inner frame and a few small scratches, which are hardly noticeable once the mirror was placed on the wall. I opted for a partial refund due to it being so close to Christmas, i didn't want to wait another week or so for another delivery. My. Refund was only small and I had to renegotiate my refund, on the positive side my issue got sorted out swiftly and the customer services do get back to you very quickly. Although it was quite well packaged I think item would benefit from extra packaging..... My item looks stunning on my wall and I would definitely reorder again from william wood, if my item didn't have any defects I would have given this item 5 stars, but due to the defects I gave this mirror 4 stars.
Gorgeous mirror! It fits perfectly in our en suite and has completely changed the room, I’m so happy with it. It is quite heavy so wasn’t the easiest to put up but the quality is great!
Really impressed with this mirror, it looks very stylish and fits in nicely in my home. Delivery was excellent and the driver kept in contact throughout the day and was even happy to leave it in a safe place as we couldn't be in.
