I ordered the champagne liberty wide arch mirror and the team kindly arranged for an image to be sent from the warehouse so that I could check the colour before buying - it looked perfect.But the mirror I received was silver. It was so disappointing plus I had the inconvenience of waiting in for the delivery , opening a heavy item and then needing to wait a week before it was collected and I could be refunded. I have been offered a discount on a future purchase but it doesn't;t really make amends - so disappointing plus I missed out on an Easter discount of another mirror I had seen elsewhere. the team seemed to know about the problem with the champagne finish on the liberty and told me that the batches they received recently were inconsistent with colour, some being silver. This should have been checked at the warehouse before sending out - it even said silver on the box, to save customers inconvenience - it also wrong to take payment for something you know could be wrong.

Absolutely love my mirror . Although the colour is slightly darker than expected ( brass/gold colour) it’s really lovely . Quick delivery & great communication, thanks WW. Also a big shout out the delivery driver whom we had direct contact with - he did a great job .
