I originally ordered the Algiers full length mirror, however when going to be shipped it was damaged and it was the last one. The customer service was brilliant providing me with multiple option for what I wanted to do next, including a refund, swapping my order to an alternative with the price up to £200 to cover. The range of mirrors means I could easily find another mirror that I also loved with no fuss and get the alternative shipped. It arrived in two days! This mirror is so beautiful, I was weary at first as this was my first time ordering from William wood. But from ordering to delivery the customer service was fantastic. The mirror itself is lightweight but it doesn't look like it. It has a very luxury look to it. It's exactly what I was looking for and the quality is amazing.
