This is the second mirror that I purchased from this company, the whole experience is fantastic. Quality of products where they look more expensive than what they are, customer service, delivery, communication and website itself. They do come up with great savings too throughout the year. As soon as we ordered the Theo mirror, we were informed of a delivery date and were then kept up to date with details about when the dedicated delivery team would arrive. We were given delivery options to suit us and a mobile number to contact should we need to change our plans. This personalised service beats other courier companies hands down. The mirror itself was well wrapped and protected and was not broken. This was important to us, as previously, we had two broken mirrors delivered from other retailers. The mirror suits our room very well and its simplicity adds to the contemporary feel we wanted. It is well made, elegant and attractive and sits well over our fireplace. Highly recommend for a modern or traditional setting.
