There’s always a risk when buying things like this online as it’s impossible to judge quality. However, I am so pleased that we placed our order of 3 mirrors, as they are all stunning and such great quality. This is the 2nd Luciana mirror that I have bought in the course of the last year. The first was the concrete effect mirror for a very small study - the client was thrilled and gets many compliments about it when she is on conference calls as this is in the background. In fairness I haven't opened the latest mirror yet as I won't be doing the room for a few more weeks. However I am reassured, based on having bought a large number of mirrors from William Wood, that it will be in excellent condition and that I will have a delighted client
I recently purchased a large mirror and I couldn't be happier! The mirror is absolutely beautiful and matches my expectations perfectly. I was a bit concerned about the delivery since I live in an apartment in France, but the delivery driver was fantastic and brought the mirror to the room of my choice.
