What a great service!! I found the most perfect mirror on William wood, but when I saw the delivery time, I realised it wasn’t going to be here in time for a hair salon I am opening, so i decided against it. Shortly after I had an email from William wood asking if I needed help as I had abandoned the order, they were so helpful and guided me through the checkout process to get the mirror to me in super quick time, ready for the shop opening!! I could not recommend William wood enough!
The mirror got delivery by Kevin, who txt me the day before with my delivery slot time, and the mirror was packaged really well!
