Very rarely do you get good customer service these days, but our experience with William Wood was perfect from start to finish. From regular order updates to a hand delivered item, it was a pleasure to deal with them and will definitely recommend. Oh and the mirror is fantastic quality and really pleased with it 😊
After having to return the first mirror, the exchange came very quickly and is good, I felt a little annoyed when I was asked to send an image of the faulty mirror, almost as if it wasn't true, obviously that's how business people have to conduct there business. But mirror is very nice.
