When we make a product available to pre order, our shipment weeks are calculated to the best they possibly can be in line with the most up to date shipment time schedules. Should a pre order product arrive in stock early, or in an unfortunate situation later than anticipated, we will contact you via email providing relevant updates.
If you have pre ordered a product and at any stage you wish to cancel, rest assured that this won't be a problem, simply email us at sales@williamwoodmirrors.co.uk and we will cancel and refund your pre order within 24-48 working hours. Your refund will then be processed back to your chosen payment method in line with your payment methods refund processing times.
Please note that your 30 days no questions asked free return period begins upon the date you physically receive your William Wood product.
