Smaller Item Delivery Update 02/04/20
We will continue to dispatch smaller items on national couriers where possible, however they are currently operating a restricted service in some areas. As a result, there will be some smaller items which will be delivered on our own hand delivery service instead and will be subject to hand delivery lead times. Delivery Procedures Updated 26/03/20
Your order and funds are safe –
Firstly, we would like to thank all our customers who have placed orders with us over the last few days. We are very grateful for your business during these difficult times.
To confirm, the mirror you have purchased is in stock and in our warehouse, ready to deliver to you as safely as possible. At any time you reserve the right to cancel your order and receive a refund.
We are currently continuing with our delivery service based on the Government guidelines available to view at: www.gov.uk/coronavirus.
Please note that whilst we are still delivering, the service is at a reduced level and may take longer than 7 working days. If you would like a more accurate delivery time please contact us by email and our team will update you.
All our admin team are working from home and able to answer any email queries you may have regarding product and service. However, our showroom and phone lines are closed until further notice.
Our warehouse staff and drivers have been provided with PPE (masks and gloves) to wear when they are at work and out delivering. We are following strict risk assessment guidelines regarding safe distances and personal hygiene.
We will operate a none contact delivery process where possible for the safety of our customers and drivers. Should you wish to avoid any contact with our driver, please leave a note on your order or email us stating this. Our driver will advise you of your ETA as usual, and the mirror will be left at your doorstep or agreed safe place.
No signature will be required and our drivers will aim keep a 2m distance from customers at all time.
Further changes or updates will be provided if government guidelines are amended.

Pre ordered mirrors -
With regards to pre orders, your mirror will be on track for shipment as per the delivery week advised when placing your order. If this changes then we will update you accordingly.
