From ordering to delivery to the product itself, this company could not do more to make their service more seamless. The description of the Luciana full-length mirror is accurate and it looks just as good in person as it does on the website. On ordering, I got an immediate notification that there would be a slight delay to receive the product but I had the option to cancel if I wished. I then received regular updates on when I could expect my order until my product was ready to ship. William Wood has its own delivery people, so you get a date of when your delivery will take place with the driver's name. The driver then notifies you of his expected arrival (2-hour window). He arrived bang on time!
The mirror was well-packed with the corners protected. Wall mounts are in place if needed. I have mine leaning against a wall and it looks great.
I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.
